Terms and Conditions — OttOcean

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the OttOcean IPTV subscription, which delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, an electronic programme guide, and catch-up features over the internet. "Customer", "you", "your" refers to the individual purchasing or using the Service. "OttOcean", "we", "us", "our" refers to the OttOcean brand and its operators. "Content" means all channels, films, series, and programme metadata made available through the Service.

2. Service Description

OttOcean delivers access to an extensive entertainment library, including 40,000+ live channels, 180,000+ films and series, and full EPG support, streamed via the internet to compatible devices. A stable connection is required — we recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. We are an access provider only; we do not supply internet connectivity, hardware, or VPN services. Channel line-ups may be adjusted without prior notice due to broadcaster licensing or regional availability. Where possible, redundant backup streams are maintained for major channels to minimise disruption.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (M3U URL, Xtream Codes, MAC address, username and password).
• Each subscription permits streaming on the number of devices specified in your chosen plan (1 to 5 simultaneous connections).
• Sharing credentials beyond your purchased device limit is not permitted and may result in suspension or termination without refund.
• You are accountable for all activity carried out under your account.
• We may request reasonable verification of identity or location to prevent fraud and to comply with regional licensing obligations.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• All plans are prepaid for the chosen term: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Prices are displayed in USD ($) and include applicable taxes where required.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Access ends when the purchased term expires. We send courtesy reminders 7 days and 1 day before expiry.
• A free 24-hour trial is available with no payment details required.
• Reseller and partner credits are governed by separate agreements.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, restream, or rebroadcast the Service or any content obtained through it to third parties.
• Use VPNs or proxy services to abuse server locations, bypass geo-restrictions, or exceed connection limits.
• Share your account publicly, on forums, or with anyone outside your household beyond your purchased limit.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers, infrastructure, or software.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
• Record, download, or archive content for redistribution or commercial use.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

We aim to maintain 99.9% server uptime across our multiple server locations. We are not responsible for downtime caused by:

• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network issues
• Your device, hardware, or local network configuration
• Third-party broadcasters or content providers
• Government restrictions or regulatory changes
• Extreme weather or natural disasters affecting infrastructure

Our support team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and email to help resolve any issues. Redundant server infrastructure and anti-buffering technology are in place to ensure a smooth viewing experience.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our Service is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once your account has been activated and your credentials have been sent by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test compatibility with your devices and internet connection before buying. This trial is the opportunity to evaluate the Service risk-free.

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

• Our servers are completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours and we cannot offer an alternative solution.
• You were charged twice for the same order or subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, brand assets, and software belong exclusively to OttOcean. The "OttOcean" name, logo, and associated trademarks are our intellectual property. Channel content made available through the Service is supplied via licensed content aggregators and remains the property of the respective broadcasters and rights holders.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to access and view content through the Service for your own private entertainment only. Any commercial use, redistribution, or public exhibition is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not own the broadcast channels. We are an IPTV access provider only and do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, programme, or content at any time. Line-ups may change in line with broadcaster agreements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of IPTV services is legal in your country or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of IPTV streaming in your location before subscribing. Laws vary by country, and we recommend researching local regulations. OttOcean complies with applicable copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OttOcean, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions caused by third-party factors
• Content changes or channel removals by broadcasters
• Device compatibility issues not identified during the free trial

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Abuse of our Service, staff, or support team
• Fraudulent activity or chargeback initiation
• Sharing login credentials beyond your purchased connection limit
• Excessive bandwidth usage that negatively impacts other subscribers

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at ott-ocean.store/terms-and-conditions/. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
